After the residents of Alexander-Bolze-Hof 26-30 enjoying the new XXL balconies for some time, we have just finished the tenants gardens belonging to this property. This is the end of the so-called energy modernization of the building. The complex received new insulation, new facade painting, balconies and gardens. By the way, we’ve renovated a few apartments here. Some of them received the now popular shower trays. And it paid off: a large part of these apartments are already rented.
