It’s about the building at Fritz-Heckert-Straße 1-11. Soon, every tenant of the building will be able to breathe fresh air on their own balcony or terrace. After the completion of the backyard-side and top walls elevation, the time has come for the installation of balconies. The prefabricated aluminium construction is assembled by Metallbau Hähnchen GmbH from Schleife. For this purpose, a crane is used, thanks to which the elements of the balconies are set in the right place. This requires the highest precision of the crane operator.
Soon a total of 18 apartments will have balconies, which were not avaliable here before. Next, the plan is to arrange gardens for six apartments on the ground floor. The street-side facade works still needs to be completed.
